Previously we were doing business under the name Hail Master Roofing. Due to another business previously trademarking that name, we needed to make a switch. We are now doing business as Horner Roofing & Storm Restoration.
Do you only do insurance jobs?
Absolutely not! We prefer to see your insurance buy your roof, but we are here to meet any of your construction needs!
If my roof is not approved will my premiums go up?
No. Your premiums will never change because you filed a claim. Premiums only change because a region seems more susceptible to storm damage.
If my roof IS approved will my premiums go up?
No. Premiums only change because a region seems more susceptible to storm damage. We have had some homeowners premiums decrease because their roof is now new and free from storm damage and future leaking.
What if we find out through the process that it is going to cost more than the insurance estimate? Will I get stuck with those bills?
No. You are only responsible for your deductible. We will issue your insurance company a supplement to the original estimate. Any outstanding balance that is caused by or related to the storm damage will be covered by your insurance provider.
Am I still responsible for my deductible?
Yes. Your roof labor and materials will be fully covered by your insurance, and you are responsible for your deductible.
Any other questions you have feel free to call, email, or message us on Facebook.
